Rules Governing Your Account & Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the syukur88 platform (the "Platform") at syukur88.club, you ("Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease use of the syukur88 Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and syukur88 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements. syukur88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the syukur88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. syukur88 enforces strict age verification in compliance with applicable international gaming standards. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of syukur88 or any of its affiliated companies or licensed game providers.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by syukur88 or any gaming authority.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• Your account is not being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.

syukur88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held contrary to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) syukur88 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether by the same person under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your syukur88 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. syukur88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to be your activity, and you assume full responsibility for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact syukur88 support immediately via the Live Chat facility available on the Platform.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with its licensing obligations and international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, syukur88 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at registration or prior to processing any withdrawal:

• Identity: A clear copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months confirming your residential address.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the syukur88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). syukur88 accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank.

Deposits: Deposit transactions are processed in real time. The minimum single deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. syukur88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and compliance review. Funds must be withdrawn to a payment account registered in the same name as your syukur88 account. syukur88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM50. Standard processing time is 5–30 minutes for verified accounts; regulatory review may extend this period in exceptional cases.

Anti-Money Laundering: syukur88 is obligated to report suspicious transactions under applicable AML regulations. Deposits made without corresponding genuine gaming activity may be treated as suspicious and will trigger an AML review. syukur88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any investigation.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a genuine syukur88 transaction constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any outstanding balance and associated winnings will be suspended pending resolution. syukur88 reserves the right to recover disputed amounts through all available legal remedies.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

syukur88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated on the relevant promotion page or email.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• syukur88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or circumstances beyond syukur88's reasonable control.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent, dishonest, or abusive means — including collusion, use of betting software, or exploitation of technical errors — will be voided and the associated account subject to review.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. syukur88 reserves the right to withhold bonuses from accounts identified as professional gamblers, arbitrage bettors, or bonus hunters.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the syukur88 Platform are subject to the specific game rules or sports betting rules applicable to the relevant product, which are published within each game or betting market. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to gameplay, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

syukur88 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed under the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event or game outcome was determined, whether due to a technical error, data latency, or any other cause.
• The bet was placed at an erroneous or manifestly incorrect price, odd, or line.
• The event or game was abandoned, cancelled, or the result determined to be void under the applicable sport's governing rules.
• syukur88 has reasonable grounds to believe the outcome of the event or game was subject to manipulation or match-fixing.

Decisions made by syukur88 with respect to bet settlement are final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms. syukur88 does not accept any liability for connectivity issues, device failures, or interruptions on the Player's side that result in a bet not being placed, confirmed, or settled as intended.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the syukur88 Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Collusion with other players or game operators to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity using the Platform.
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing others to use your account.
• Placing bets on events whose outcome is known or reasonably suspected to have been fixed or manipulated.
• Any conduct that disrupts, impairs, or adversely affects the experience of other players on the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the syukur88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name syukur88, logos, graphics, user interface design, game assets, software, marketing materials, and written content — is the proprietary intellectual property of syukur88 or its licensed third-party partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any syukur88 intellectual property.

You may access and use Platform content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use as a registered player. Any other use — including framing, scraping, commercial redistribution, or derivative creation — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal liability.

10. Privacy & Data

11. Responsible Gaming

In all cases, syukur88's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Suspension & Termination

syukur88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where syukur88 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required time period.
• Continued operation of the account would expose syukur88 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or has been identified as a vulnerable player.

Upon termination for cause, syukur88 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity. Real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the funding payment method following completion of any required compliance review.

You may close your syukur88 account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed subject to standard verification procedures.

14. Amendments

syukur88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Nothing in this clause limits syukur88's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, account decisions, or other Platform matters, you must first contact syukur88 support via Live Chat or email to initiate an informal resolution process. syukur88 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the dispute within 14 business days. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by the applicable gaming authority for final determination.
